SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT

Here at Tales From we are working hard to improve our sustainability. We do not use any floral foam and use sustainable mechanics in all our work. We are working to improve our supply chain, working closely with local flower farms to increase the amount of locally grown stems we work with and minimise the need for imported flowers wherever possible. We recycle, reuse or compost what we can and dry and press flowers to preserve as much as we can. 

 

DELIVERY

Made to Order vs Pre Made

Check the listing carefully to understand if a product is 'pre made' and ready to ship or if it's made after it is ordered. Both are hand made but the pre made is shipment ready while Made to Order may take up to two weeks to be created for you. The standard shipping dates do not allow for the making of your product, just the shipping element. Please email to obtain an estimated delivery date.

Handmade disclaimer

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade using natural materials. No two items will be exactly the same.

Shipping

We ship with the following carriers unless otherwise stated:

Royal Mail, Parcel Force.

At this time we do not ship Internationally due to the nature of our products.

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. If you buy more than one product it won't necessarily mean your shipping cost is cheaper. Due to the delicate nature of the products we sell they usually need to be packed in separate boxes to protect them from damage. If you have any questions with regards to shipping please contact us by email prior to placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If  30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

Custom orders are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Please email us to arrange returning your item. Once your item is received and inspected we will let you know if your refund is approved. If it is approved we will arrange for your refund to be paid to the same payment method used for purchase. You are responsible for paying shipping for any returns. 

If you're shipping an item over £40 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
